• Region 1 All countries in Europe exept Russia and Great Britain. (Time being no selling to Russia) • Region 2 Great Britain, North America, Middle America and South America. • Region 3 Japan, China, Australia, New-Sealand, Japan, Hongkong, India, South- Africa, MIddle East, etc. If you don’t know what to choose, mail us at information@micro-seiki.nl

Production - Shipment time.

• Every product we sell is handmade, • The product you order will only be made when the payment has been done. • After ordering and payment it takes one week to make the product. • If you ordered a black painted product, than it will take an extra week to complete. • At the end we will test your ordered product. if the product does not pass the test you be contacted immediatly. • Shipment time depends on the shipment company. • We use DHL and for some products UPS. • All shipments have track&trace codes.

Shipment damage.

• If your ordered product arrives and the package is damaged, please take a picture. • If your ordered product is also damaged, please take a picture. • Mail us immediatly.
